Fall is here again. Time does seem to fly when you are busy. This is one of my favorite seasons. I seem to have four favorites. As each season arrives, I think that one is my favorite.
This is a very busy time for us. We are having some work done on the house, as well as, closing down the garden and winterizing the RV.
The Bible study at the Presbyterian Manor was nice. We had four lessons on “Serving.” There was a good attendance at each lesson. Joyce Love and I have started a ladies Bible study. We meet twice a month on the first and third Tuesday of the month. We are currently studying the “Women of the Bible.” I have learned much while preparing these lessons.
I will be speaking in Pleasanton, KS in October. I am looking forward to that.
I am now starting to fill the calendar for next year. However, new flyers will be going out sometime in early January. At least that is my plan.
My mother passed away in July 2006. I wrote a story about her “Last Two Quilts.” It is in an anthology that just came out in September.

God has blessed in so many ways this summer. We are anticipating and looking forward to a great fall. I pray you will have a great one also.
Blessings,
